TOUCH | STRETCH | BREATH
Yomassage incorporates: mindful therapeutic touch, gentle restorative stretches and guided breathwork.
The aim of each session is to guide you into a state of deep relaxation, encouraging your mind to calm and your body to rest and relax.
While you hold gentle, supported restorative stretches for around 10 minutes each position, I go around and massage you, allowing a head to toe massage in one session.
This gentle and easy class is suitable for all levels and no yoga experience is necessary.
Class limited to 5 participants only for maximum benefit.

Yoga nidra is relaxation, only better.
Yoga nidra allows everything to take a break - it quiets the brain waves, slows the heart rate, smoothes out the breath, and softens physical tensions and mental chatter.
The practice can be used to manage stress, physical and mental tension, pain, anxiety and even insomnia.
Unlike other forms of meditation, in which you focus on a mantra or on your breath, yoga nidra asks you simply to let go.

Groove is a fun, new dance class.
Do you boogie in the supermarket? Your car? At home?
Just want to move but feel self conscious?
Feel constrained by someone else's moves?
This is the class for you - there's no wrong way to do it!
Explore your own unique creative way of moving; from slow delicious meditative grooves, to heart thumping and strength building cardio beats, you are encouraged to feel good and enjoy your body.
