      is a boutique, urban wellness studio for women in Adelaide, South Australia.
      I offer deep relaxation hot stone massage, sound massage & healing, yoga nidra, yomassage, group sound meditations, women's circles and self care workshops.
      Each treatment, class and event has been crafted to offer deep relaxation as a path to wellbeing and self care.
