As the weeks go by it understandable that your stress levels may be higher than normal.
If you are at home or not working, are you expecting to be able to get more done?
If you are still working (either at your place of business or at home), are you expecting that you *should* be able to power through as normal?
In all cases, are you expecting too much of yourself?
Grant yourself more grace as you navigate the changes that are happening.
As I say at the end of my sessions, be gentle with yourself - now so more than ever.
